Salary: $159,000–$178,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Embed with business and operational teams to identify workflows where AI can deliver measurable impact.
• Design and build AI agents, copilot experiences, and intelligent automations using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, and agentic patterns.
• Connect AI capabilities to Snowflake, operational databases, APIs, and internal platforms with appropriate evaluation, observability, security, and feedback loops.
• Own solutions from discovery and prototyping through implementation, rollout, reliability, adoption, and iteration.
• Partner with Platform Ops and business leaders on workflow redesign, enablement, training, and change management.
• Measure adoption and business outcomes while creating reusable integrations, components, evaluations, and delivery playbooks.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year delivering applied AI, ML, or intelligent automation in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini, including prompt engineering, RAG, function and tool calling, evaluations, and agentic patterns.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, system design experience, and a track record of shipping reliable production applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and cloud-based application architectures.
• Experience with Git, GitHub workflows, CI/CD, observability, and modern development practices.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical partners, translate business needs into technical solutions, and operate with high autonomy.

Nice to have

• Experience embedding with customers or internal business teams to discover workflows and deliver solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, workflow orchestration, enterprise AI platforms, or RPA tools.
• Experience driving adoption, user enablement, feedback collection, and impact measurement.
• Background in logistics, freight, or other operations-heavy industries.
