Emerging Leaders Program - Technology Track (FinTech)

Location: Hybrid role assigned to the New York City office, with designated travel within Tri-State area offices and flexibility to work remotely.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Complete a full-time, one-year rotational associate program beginning in July 2027.
• Rotate across technical areas including software engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, technology business management, project management, and enterprise systems management.
• Join an Agile Tech Squad and contribute to business-driven technology projects.
• Observe, contribute to, and report on key business processes while learning management practices.
• Complete a final capstone project addressing a real business issue.
• Build technical, business, leadership, and professional expertise through cross-functional rotations and mentoring.

Requirements

• Currently hold or be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university, completed by June 2027 or earlier.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong foundational knowledge of at least two programming languages.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a rapidly changing, diverse environment, with an interest in FinTech.
