What you will do

• Assemble, configure, and test AC/DC power systems from hirify.global and third-party suppliers.
• Supervise internal testing progress and verify equipment configuration before dispatch.
• Analyze test results and prepare reports with conclusions and recommendations for the Engineering Team.
• Support development and design teams with defect resolution.
• Coordinate production workloads and progress with supply chain, engineering, sales, management, and project teams.
• Conduct risk assessments, workplace inspections, and quality and EHS activities.

Requirements

• Trade qualification, Diploma, or Advanced Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• NSW Electrical Supervisor or Contractor License required.
• Experience working with new products, processes, tools, and technologies.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, solve problems, and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Power BI Desktop, and MS Teams.
• Ability to manage AC/DC power-system production or maintenance operations and lead workloads.
