What you will do

• Perform hands-on commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of BESS equipment and Energy Management Systems.
• Interpret complex electrical drawings, schematics, and single-line diagrams to support site activities.
• Coordinate field operations with site supervisors, EPC contractors, and internal project teams.
• Document test results, punch list items, and corrective actions to ensure project quality and safety.
• Support the commissioning of inverters, transformers, switchgear, and communication networks.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and contractors during project execution.

Requirements

• Current A-grade electrician license is required.
• Significant hands-on experience in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial electrical systems.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Practical knowledge of electrical testing, commissioning procedures, and site safety practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% to support project commissioning and site activities.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for electrical and control systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with SCADA, EMS, HMI, or industrial automation systems.
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, or IEC 61850.
• Technical certification or diploma in electrical, power systems, or instrumentation.
