What you will do

• Manage project execution by ensuring full alignment on scope, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and resolve gaps in scope and responsibility across engineering, procurement, and permitting processes.
• Apply engineering principles and collaborate with subject matter experts to drive technical solutions.
• Specify critical equipment for projects, including transformers, switchgear, and protection solutions.
• Review project design documents such as single-line drawings, communication diagrams, and equipment test reports.
• Plan and lead the commissioning phase for BESS projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or power systems engineering (10+ years exp) or Master’s degree (8+ years exp).
• Experience leading project design for large power stations, PV, or other utility-scale power projects.
• 5+ years of BESS project experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience working on EPC projects.
• PE certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
