• Complete rotational assignments across business operations, corporate functions, client services, finance, sales and marketing, strategy, product management, and technology.
• Learn and contribute to key business processes during each rotation.
• Analyze and report on business activities and outcomes.
• Complete a high-impact capstone project addressing a real business issue.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization and build knowledge of the FinTech industry.
• Transition into a full-time position within hirify.global after successful program completion.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree from an accredited university completed by June 2027 or earlier.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to organizational goals.
• Adaptability in a rapidly changing and diverse environment.
• Strong learning agility and interest in the FinTech industry.
