Salary: $150,000–$225,000 USD base pay, depending on compensation zone, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the VP of Brokerage Product and Customer Care.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, operating rhythms, and accountability mechanisms.
• Design and manage leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning cycles.
• Drive complex, large-scale product initiatives from concept through execution and improve product narratives and delivery.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Recruiting on headcount planning, resource allocation, and talent development.
• Manage ambiguous, high-priority projects and make tactical decisions on behalf of the VP.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic operations, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a chief of staff role.
• Experience in a fast-growing fintech, financial services, or technology environment is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to advise and influence executive leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to turn ambiguity into strategy, roadmaps, and execution plans.
• Demonstrated success managing operational frameworks, corporate planning processes, or complex cross-functional projects.
