What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Equities Trading Services desk during overnight hours.
• Supervise and provide guidance to junior analysts in supporting the hirify.global Stock Market.
• Research and resolve trading and technical inquiries for internal and external customers.
• Troubleshoot client connectivity issues, including firewall changes and session configurations.
• Manage major incidents through troubleshooting and communication with stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements and apply AI-driven thinking to optimize standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a business-related major or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to work the overnight shift from 8pm to 4am EST.
• Preference for Series 7 or Series 24 certification, or willingness to pass the SIE within 5 months of employment.
