What you will do

• Lead and grow a world-class commercial and operational team across the US and Canada.
• Develop and execute the North America GTM strategy across Enterprise, SMB, and Platform segments.
• Own full P&L responsibilities, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap localization and product-market fit.
• Scale strategic partnerships with fintechs, marketplaces, banking partners, and regulators.
• Oversee daily operations including customer onboarding, support, compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or professional services with payments expertise.
• Proven experience leading and scaling high-growth startups with direct P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in management, strategy, or business development.
• Deep understanding of the US and/or Canadian fintech and payments regulatory landscape.
• Experience with licensing and compliance in the North American market.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a tertiary institution.
