Client Account Executive (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid work; occasional travel, including overnight trips, may be required.

Salary: $92,400–$172,100 base salary per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Support Producers and account teams with insurance expertise, technical guidance, and client service.
• Analyze client coverage, recommend insurance needs, and identify opportunities for additional coverage lines.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and carrier representatives.
• Coordinate direct account marketing with Producers and the Marketing Team.
• Provide direction, feedback, development, and training to help maximize team productivity and morale.
• Apply knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and legislative changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• At least five years of commercial insurance industry experience.
• Property and casualty insurance license.
• Strong client relationship, communication, organization, service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make independent coverage-related decisions and work cooperatively with clients and market contacts.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Requests for Proposal.
• Senior care experience.
