Account Manager (Marketing)

Location: Austin, TX, United States; hybrid work with office attendance an average of four days a week

Salary: $35,000–$75,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Support the day-to-day execution and production of client marketing programs for a large technology account.
• Build trusted client relationships, provide counsel, and serve as a key client contact.
• Review creative and project documents before client submission and organize presentations, meetings, and conference calls.
• Coordinate with creative, project management, and production teams to develop solutions and communicate client requests.
• Lead the day-to-day development of creative projects, securing approvals for briefs, budgets, and creative materials.
• Maintain creative briefs, estimates, timelines, media plans, status reports, and other project documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of advertising or related marketing experience; agency experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience executing 360-degree and integrated campaign tactics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients, teams, departments, and vendors.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
