Client Manager (Marketing)

Location: Hybrid in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; occasional local, national, or international travel may be required.

Salary: $71,400–$81,400 USD annually.

What you will do

• Coordinate client-specific projects from estimates and resource assignment through delivery, invoicing, and project closeout.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, suppliers, external partners, account teams, and project teams.
• Support account growth through proposals, additional service opportunities, pricing, promotional planning, and budget management.
• Translate client requirements into detailed instructions and resolve project issues with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate project, change-order, rework, client, and financial data.
• Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members while coordinating activities to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of account management experience in a creative design agency, market research firm, or similar consulting environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, and internet applications.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, presentation, budgeting, planning, and project management skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships, influence stakeholders, work independently and collaboratively, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

• Prior managerial or supervisory experience.
