Engineering Manager, Mobile Developer Experience (Mobile)

Location: Must be located in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York, United States

Salary: $193,800–$285,000 USD per year, plus potential equity grants

What you will do

• Lead the Mobile Developer Experience team and set its technical vision.
• Develop foundational components that help mobile engineers build, ship, and operate applications at scale.
• Lead the strategy and development of ZeroKit for rapid mobile prototyping via agents.
• Manage and optimize the iOS and Android monorepos.
• Partner with product and engineering leadership on architecture and company-wide strategy.
• Build and grow a diverse engineering team while driving cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Expert proficiency in either Android or iOS development.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong technical expertise, pragmatic problem-solving, and a bias for action.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of software quality and balancing technical quality with customer value.
