Senior IT Project Manager (Enterprise Technology)

Location: Reston, Virginia, United States; weekly onsite work required with hybrid/remote flexibility

Salary: $118,807–$201,971 annually

What you will do

• Lead multiple Corporate Information Technology projects from initiation and scoping through go-live and hypercare.
• Define and manage integration plans covering middleware, APIs, ERP modules, data migration, dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
• Coordinate solution architects, integration developers, business process owners, executive sponsors, analysts, engineers, and vendors.
• Lead data migration, cleansing, validation, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and go-live readiness.
• Maintain schedules, RAID logs, governance cadences, and executive status reporting.
• Manage system integrators and vendor relationships while driving accountability for delivery and quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project or program management experience, including at least 5 years focused on enterprise technology implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a quantitative science field.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-system integration programs in corporate IT or consulting environments.
• Experience managing full-lifecycle ERP, HCM, or CRM implementations with cross-functional teams of 20+ people.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, data migration validation, SIT, cutover execution, and solution architecture documentation.
• Ability to work onsite weekly in Reston, Virginia, with hybrid/remote flexibility.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Deltek, Salesforce, Icertis CMS, or Zycus.
• PMP and SAFe Program Consultant or equivalent Agile-at-scale certification.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Experience in Big 4, management consulting, or large professional services firms.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled enterprise tools and their integration implications.
