Senior Project Manager, Implementation

What you will do

• Manage medium- to large-scale implementation projects and programs across initiation, planning, go-live, stabilization, and handoff.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, related workstreams, dependencies, schedules, milestones, and delivery risks.
• Partner with business and IT teams, clients, consultants, technical resources, Operations, and external vendors.
• Maintain project governance, documentation, reporting, quality standards, and accurate records in project management platforms.
• Facilitate recurring meetings and communicate status, decisions, risks, issues, changes, and timelines.
• Coordinate post-go-live support and stabilization activities to ensure a successful transition to ongoing operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, healthcare administration, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least five years of project or program management and client-facing service delivery experience, including multiple concurrent projects or programs.
• PMP certification is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and project or portfolio management platforms.
• Experience with process development, continuous improvement, problem-solving, project roadmaps, schedules, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, influencing, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with knowledge of Health Information Management in acute care, ambulatory, and clinic settings.
