Senior Project Manager-PMO

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without immigration support or sponsorship. The posting is expected to close on October 30, 2026.

Salary: $104,900–$199,065 annually. The range is $120,635–$199,065 for candidates residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia; $104,900–$173,100 for all other locations.

What you will do

• Lead multiple complex, cross-functional technical and business projects through the full lifecycle.
• Develop project charters, integrated plans, budgets, resource plans, dependency maps, and milestone forecasts.
• Establish governance and apply waterfall, hybrid, systems development lifecycle, agile, or scrum practices.
• Manage requirements, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, changes, vendors, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption, operational readiness, and transition to business and technology owners.
• Mentor project managers and improve PMO standards, templates, methods, tools, and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• At least seven years of progressive project management experience; candidates at this level typically have approximately ten or more years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, and the end-to-end project lifecycle.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, changes, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, negotiation, organization, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience leading enterprise resource planning, human resources information system, finance system, or major business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Experience with organizational change management, adoption practices, and large-scale process, operating model, data, or technology change.
• Professional services or highly decentralized environment experience.
• Experience leading agile or scrum delivery teams alongside waterfall and hybrid projects.
