Senior Engagement Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada, with travel within the United States and Canada up to approximately 50% of the time. Occasional in-person company-wide or departmental meetings are typically held 1–2 times per year.

Base salary: $125,000–$175,000 CAD per year, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market factors.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level SaaS professional services engagements from planning through delivery in collaboration with system integrators and customer project managers.
• Define and manage project governance, schedules, goals, milestones, budgets, resources, and success criteria.
• Lead Business Analysts, Implementation Consultants, and Solution Architects to deliver effective client and partner services.
• Monitor quality, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and manage client relationships and expectations.
• Report project performance and progress to senior management and hold internal and external teams accountable.
• Contribute to professional services methodologies, practical solutions, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements in SaaS-based professional services, including implementation projects lasting 12+ months.
• 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience and a proven ability to build relationships with senior business and technology leaders up to the C-suite.
• Extensive experience with project management and agile methodologies, resource management, system integrators, and large transformation projects.
• Demonstrated leadership, team motivation, organizational change management, strategic thinking, escalation management, and delivery within budget and deadlines.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale, multi-phase, multi-year projects valued at over $1 million each.
• PMI PMP certification currently held or obtained within 12 months of joining.
