TL;DR
Senior ITOM Specialist (ServiceNow): Designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM capabilities for infrastructure visibility, service mapping, event management, and operational efficiency across hybrid cloud environments with an accent on CMDB governance, Discovery, and enterprise integrations. Focus on configuring MID Servers, integrating monitoring platforms and Azure infrastructure, and solving complex platform and automation challenges.
Location: Valencia, Spain; hybrid and primarily on-site

What you will do
- Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions for enterprise customers.
- Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Servers.
- Develop and maintain the CMDB to improve infrastructure and service data accuracy.
- Build REST, SOAP, and JavaScript integrations with monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds and Dynatrace.
- Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure management and collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams.
- Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues while following ITIL and Agile/Scrum practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITOM.
- Hands-on experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB architecture, and governance.
- Experience configuring and managing MID Servers.
- Experience developing integrations with JavaScript, REST, and SOAP.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Azure environments.
- English-speaking environment; Spanish is not required. Understanding of ITIL and Agile/Scrum delivery is also required.
Nice to have
- Experience integrating SolarWinds, Dynatrace, or other enterprise monitoring platforms.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CIS-ITOM.
- Experience with large enterprise IT environments, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations.
