Location: Barcelona, Spain, with a hybrid working model combining onsite collaboration and remote work. The role is part of the IT function and may require in-office attendance.

What you will do

• Manage key business applications and workspaces used across hirify.global.
• Provide first-level support for internal users, workspaces and cloud-based applications.
• Own onboarding and offboarding cycles for end users.
• Support small IT projects and contribute to high IT security standards.
• Manage hardware delivery and improve processes across the hardware lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT and motivation to learn modern business technology stacks.
• Experience or interest in tools such as Confluence, Jira, JumpCloud, Slack and Google Workspace.
• Currently pursuing an IT-related degree or having personal projects or professional experience related to IT.
• Interest in hardware lifecycle management and IT security best practices.
• Reliable, disciplined and proactive approach to problem solving.
