What you will do

• Deploy, install, and integrate industrial software applications in standardized IT environments.
• Upgrade, patch, maintain and troubleshoot industrial IT platforms to ensure stability and performance.
• Manage connections with databases, authentication services, certificates, networks, and backup systems.
• Support testing, operational readiness checks, and technical documentation for industrial IT solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT, OT engineering, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure operations.
• Configure and support Honeywell industrial systems within the manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems, Network, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or industrial IT support.
• Hands-on experience with industrial software platforms and SCADA in Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, DNS, enterprise networking, and firewalls.
• Familiarity with storage, virtualization, and deployment automation tools.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Inmation or similar industrial data platforms.
• Experience with Honeywell systems.
• Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GxP-regulated environments.
