What you will do

• Diagnose and solve complex issues across servers, networks, and cloud environments to identify root causes.
• Plan and integrate end-to-end infrastructure solutions in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce operational errors.
• Coordinate with Architects, Project Managers, and Technicians to drive project delivery from initiation to completion.
• Document architectures and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in technology domains such as cloud computing, systems engineering, or networking.
• Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps, or systems administration within the AWS public cloud domain.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems.
• Experience working with Enterprise IT applications.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with a variety of general IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Knowledge of design techniques and tools used for production of precision technical plans and models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
