Prep/Machine Operator (Temp to FTE)

Location: Onsite at 39 Manning Rd., Billerica, Massachusetts, United States

What you will do

• Operate and learn multiple production stations for medical test-strip manufacturing.
• Cut, punch, inspect, laminate, and steel-roll sheets according to specifications.
• Etch sheets with laser equipment and perform continuity testing.
• Maintain high product quality while producing large volumes of test strips.
• Complete equipment logs, travelers, identifiers, and appendices in accordance with GMP and ISO requirements.
• Follow supervisor instructions and collaborate with production colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable, collaborative approach and willingness to cross-train on multiple stations and equipment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, or climb for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25–50 pounds and work with required PPE in varying environmental conditions.
