Base pay: $24–$35 per hour

What you will do
- Set up, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot manufacturing and test equipment.
- Document preventive, on-demand, and non-standard maintenance in accordance with the Quality Management System.
- Install equipment and complete IQ/OQ validation activities to verify proper functionality.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to resolve equipment-related manufacturing problems.
- Assemble equipment and fixtures from documented prints and maintain spare-parts inventory.
- Support manufacturing line moves and equipment relocation while following applicable quality and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in medical-device manufacturing or a manufacturing environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness and ability to work on site in Roseville, California.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, and climb ladders up to 12 feet.
- Ability to work occasional overtime, including weekends as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or another regulated industry.
- Experience with equipment validation, IQ/OQ, maintenance, or manufacturing troubleshooting.
