What you will do

• Locate and resolve mechanical issues using precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on robotic and mechanical equipment according to diagrams and engineering specifications.
• Dismantle and re-assemble devices to replace defective parts.
• Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies and prepare detailed maintenance reports.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation to meet ISO standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred).
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment such as drill presses and mills.
• Must be based in Fraser, MI, US for full-time onsite work.
• Strict compliance with FDA and Worldwide medical device regulations is required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Availability for overtime and weekend work when needed.
