What you will do

• Lead semiconductor and embedded product development projects from concept through validation and production readiness.
• Define project scope, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate hardware, software, validation, operations, suppliers, and technology partners.
• Track risks, dependencies, quality issues, and delivery progress, escalating critical issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting while communicating status to senior stakeholders.
• Align technical execution with product and business objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of project management experience in semiconductors, electronics, or embedded systems.
• Experience leading complex technical products through multiple development phases.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary and international engineering teams, including planning, budgeting, risk control, and product industrialisation.
• Professional fluency in English and availability to work fully on-site in Switzerland.
