What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent cross-functional and global customer projects across various deployment work streams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and dependencies while managing project risks and issues.
• Own and report on time and materials burn rates and consumption forecasts for enterprise customers.
• Define roles and responsibilities for staff involved in complex enterprise deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Professional Services teams to ensure successful project scoping and execution.
• Work with Customer Success leadership to refine processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing technical, cross-functional, and global deployment projects.
• Fluent in English and French (written & verbal) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure including routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical scenarios to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models.
• Background in the telecommunications industry and Internet service procurement.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
