What you will do

• Onboard and retain VIP clients while maximizing regional revenue.
• Develop AUM strategies and optimize revenue based on OKX’s US product offering.
• Build relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and smaller corporate clients.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships in the US.
• Originate prospective clients, referrals, and new sales channels.
• Coordinate with operations to resolve account roadblocks and communicate issues such as frozen accounts and enhanced due diligence requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 6+ years of VIP business development experience in crypto, private banking, finance, or trading.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data for strategic decisions.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of US financial market dynamics and regulations.
