What you will do

• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across cryptocurrency exchanges, custodians, and DeFi platforms.
• Lead contract negotiations to meet commercial and product goals while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product teams to align partnerships with the crypto roadmap.
• Manage onboarding and integration of new partners with engineering, design, and compliance teams.
• Track and optimize the performance of existing partnerships to drive product improvements.
• Analyze industry trends to inform new initiatives and strategic roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategy.
• Proven experience in the cryptocurrency or blockchain sector.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and crypto markets.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to evaluating opportunities and supporting decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
