Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (minimum 3 days per week in office)

Salary: $153,700 – $246,200 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage a global portfolio of high-impact crypto-native accounts, including wallets, exchanges, and orchestrators.
• Lead end-to-end deal cycles: identify opportunities, structure commercial agreements, and oversee execution.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate hirify.global’s crypto offerings into client solutions.
• Represent hirify.global as a subject matter expert at industry events and within the broader crypto ecosystem.
• Influence the product roadmap by providing market insights and piloting new digital asset use cases.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in San Francisco, CA.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 5+ years with an Advanced degree).
• Proven track record in account management, business development, or sales, specifically with complex deals.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, stablecoins, and the digital asset ecosystem.
• Experience in the payments or crypto industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership presentations.
