What you will do

• Lead the technical delivery of local and global large projects, including documentation, coordination, and on-time completion of commitments.
• Serve as the technical authority on products, engineering capabilities, regulatory requirements, complementary products, and competitive solutions.
• Support product customization, testing, validation, and new product innovation initiatives with WMFTS factories.
• Deliver technical training and field support for sales teams, operations colleagues, engineering contacts, and customers.
• Develop strategic engineering support plans, manage customer expectations, and identify risks affecting business continuity.
• Build industry relationships, attend conferences and exhibitions, and support a safe and compliant working environment.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of customers, processes, applications, and market dynamics in the life sciences sector.
• Significant commercial, sales, key account, or large customer management experience with complex global or multi-regional accounts.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts, with awareness of contractual principles and risks.
• Proven ability to lead, grow, and develop high-performing teams, preferably in a regional role.
• Ability to build followership across regional and multifunctional departments.
• Cultural and regional awareness with the ability to work across countries and cultures in a multinational manufacturing environment.
