Salary: $174,000 – $203,000

What you will do

• Lead maintenance and reliability readiness for a U.S. growth investment project supporting drug substance manufacturing.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to ensure long-term asset performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and project teams to incorporate maintainability and lifecycle considerations into facility design.
• Establish asset lifecycle management strategies, including spare parts plans and calibration programs.
• Optimize the selection and implementation of CMMS and other maintenance technologies.
• Define the future maintenance organization, including staffing plans, training, and operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or technical operations within pharmaceutical or API manufacturing.
• Experience supporting major capital projects, facility start-ups, or large-scale operational readiness initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements, CMMS platforms, and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).
• Ability and willingness to transition to an East Coast or Midwest U.S. site location as project needs evolve.
• Willingness and ability to travel to EMEA and NA approximately 25-30% of the time.
