What you will do

• Perform high-quality product installation, set-up, and technical configurations of software and hardware.
• Conduct customer training on the usage of installed hardware and software.
• Coordinate with Implementation Teams to establish technical expectations and define the Scope of Work.
• Troubleshoot technical installation issues and escalate them to management as necessary.
• Collaborate on the specification of technical requirements for product enhancements and new designs.
• Monitor and analyze personal performance using team KPIs to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT, biomedical engineering, or PSG clinical neurodiagnostic disciplines.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Experience working within regulated environments such as ISO, FDA, or MDR.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary travel documentation.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements for visitation at medical facilities.

Nice to have

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certifications.
• Previous experience with CRM systems and installation management applications.
• Expertise in root-cause identification and preventive process improvement.
