Senior Data Analyst (Government Contracting)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise performance measurement frameworks and executive-level dashboards.
• Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations and analytical reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Lead data-driven process improvement initiatives within SLA-driven operational environments such as call centers or help desks.
• Mentor analysts, lead analytical workstreams, and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Deliver executive briefings, customer-facing reports, and strategic performance assessments.
• Manage multiple high-priority analytical initiatives and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• On-site work in Nashville, TN required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles with increasing responsibility.
• Expert-level skills in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles, incident and problem management, SLA governance, and continuous service improvement.
