Business Intelligence Analyst - Data Engineering

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; office-based with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Support enterprise-wide data engineering and analytics initiatives in partnership with the US Data Engineering team.
• Conduct complex analysis of large and complex datasets to identify business insights.
• Design and develop data models, data warehousing solutions, metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Partner with data engineers on data architecture and design for complex analysis.
• Use analytics and BI capabilities to support departmental decision-making, improve performance, and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in business intelligence or data engineering; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills are preferred, with a willingness to learn fundamental technical skills considered.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with data engineers.
