Business Intelligence Analyst (Data Engineering)

Location: Office-based in Cincinnati, Ohio, United States; occasional work from home may be available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Support enterprise-wide data initiatives in partnership with the US Data Engineering team.
• Analyze complex datasets and identify business insights for departmental decision-making.
• Design and develop metrics, reports, and dashboards to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Contribute to data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in business intelligence or data engineering; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills are preferred, or a strong desire to learn them.
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling and fundamental data engineering concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in an office-based environment.
