Manager, Data Analytics (Procurement)

Location: West Hills, California; onsite role with a regular shift. Immigration sponsorship or support is not available, including Form I-983 support for STEM OPT.

Salary: $110,000–$184,000 annual target base pay for candidates in California and the New York metro area. The broader national target base pay range is $100,000–$166,000.

What you will do

• Own the procurement analytics, digital transformation, and AI roadmap and measure the outcomes of related investments.
• Lead, coach, and develop analytics professionals while improving analytics literacy and self-service reporting.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and decision-support tools covering spend, sourcing, supplier performance, risk, contracts, and working capital.
• Translate internal and external data into recommendations for category strategies, negotiations, supplier management, and executive reviews.
• Define requirements and establish scalable processes for analytics intake, development, deployment, support, governance, and documentation.
• Partner with IT and enterprise data teams on data architecture, procurement technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, data analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading analytics, reporting, or business intelligence professionals.
• Expert SQL proficiency and advanced experience with BI platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms, modern data architecture, predictive analytics, data governance, and automation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship or support.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business administration, predictive analytics, data science, information systems, or a related field.
• Experience with JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, Coupa, Ariba, or similar ERP and procurement systems.
