US-Qualified Attorney (AI)

Location: Fully remote within the United States; current US residence required

Hourly rate: $140–$280 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct detailed legal research across US law topics and analyse complex legal issues.
• Draft and edit memoranda, contracts, opinions, and other professional legal documents.
• Review AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, analytical quality, and compliance with professional standards.
• Identify legal errors, unsupported conclusions, inconsistencies, and ambiguities.
• Evaluate high-stakes transactional, litigation, regulatory, and advisory scenarios.
• Collaborate remotely with legal, technical, and project stakeholders and support quality assurance for project deliverables.

Requirements

• Current residence in the United States is required.
• Active licence to practise law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Current or previous experience at a Vault Law 100 firm is mandatory.
• Strong experience in legal research, analysis, drafting, and document review.
• Experience with sophisticated transactional, litigation, regulatory, or advisory matters.
• Ability to produce high-quality legal work under demanding professional standards.
