What you will do

• Conduct legal research and analysis across a range of US law topics.
• Draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related legal materials.
• Evaluate legal content and AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, ambiguities, and potential legal issues.
• Provide structured feedback to improve legal content and collaborate with multidisciplinary remote teams.
• Support quality assurance and maintain high standards of legal accuracy.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• US-based location.
• Strong academic and professional credentials.
• Proven experience in legal research, analysis, drafting, and legal content evaluation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
