What you will do

• Review and analyze M&A transactions, contracts, and complex corporate legal scenarios.
• Conduct legal research across M&A, corporate law, private equity, and related litigation matters.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and legal reasoning.
• Identify legal principles, risks, inconsistencies, and potential issues.
• Provide expert feedback and improve AI-generated legal outputs.
• Draft, edit, and clarify complex legal concepts while supporting quality assurance and content review processes.

Requirements

• US-qualified attorney with strong experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Expertise in M&A deal structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, private equity, and related litigation matters.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, critical-thinking ability, and commitment to legal accuracy and professional standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote, multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience at a top-tier US law firm.
• Experience handling sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions.
• Experience with legal content review, quality assurance, or evaluation frameworks.
