What you will do

• Draft, redline, negotiate, and review technology and commercial agreements.
• Review MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related contracts.
• Evaluate AI-generated contract analysis and provide expert feedback.
• Develop legal playbooks, evaluation frameworks, and grading criteria.
• Identify legal risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities to improve contract analysis.
• Collaborate remotely with legal, product, and research teams.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one US jurisdiction.
• At least 3 years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, and related commercial agreements.
• Excellent contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, legal technology, or legal content evaluation.
• Corporate law firm experience in M&A or private equity fund formation.
• Experience developing legal playbooks or review frameworks.
