Sr. Director, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement

Location: Hybrid role based in West Greenwich, Rhode Island, United States

Salary: $154,258–$250,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hardware, terminals, vending equipment, instant tickets, and print materials.
• Lead high-value supplier negotiations, commercial agreements, and supplier performance programs.
• Drive cost savings, value engineering, pricing strategies, quality improvements, and supply assurance.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to disruptions, geopolitical events, tariffs, and market volatility.
• Lead S&OP alignment across Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
• Lead and develop the procurement organization while implementing effective tools, processes, governance, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex supplier negotiations and large-scale sourcing initiatives.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12 or more years of procurement and strategic sourcing leadership experience.
• Experience managing global supplier networks and international sourcing programs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, direct materials sourcing, and complex supply chain environments.
