What you will do

• Negotiate with delinquent clients to secure payment commitments and educate them on credit standing.
• Guide clients toward financial health by providing knowledge about their credit obligations.
• Utilize skip tracing tools to locate clients and resolve issues with high accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date client information in the system to ensure seamless data flow across teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to Central Bank regulations and internal company collection policies.
• Collaborate with management to fulfill evolving organizational and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience in collections or a related field.
• Familiarity with local collection techniques and regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with digital collection systems.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to benefit both the customer and the company.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment characterized by agility and innovation.
• Must be based in the Philippines
