What you will do

• Review, authorize, process, and settle payment transaction requests while verifying supporting documentation.
• Monitor cash-in-bank balances, identify anomalies, and escalate issues with proposed resolutions.
• Prepare and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports and Cash Transaction Reports in accordance with AMLC requirements.
• Maintain accurate regulatory, internal, and process documentation and ensure audit readiness.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and participate in UAT/UVT for systems affecting settlement operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide operational coverage under team relief arrangements.

Requirements

• University degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance, or a related business discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Working knowledge of BSP, SEC, AMLC, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience handling high transaction volumes accurately under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, risk management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Good communication skills, independence, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
