Accounts Receivable Analyst (Finance)

Location: Must be based in the United States and work onsite 4+ days per week in Chandler.

Salary: $56,000–$98,000 per year (based on hourly ranges for US pay zones).

What you will do

• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for hirify.globalchat products.
• Collaborate with Business Solutions and Accounting teams to improve billing and collections processes.
• Perform daily cash application and monthly billing reconciliations.
• Support collections analysts in resolving campaign and invoicing queries.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries as part of the close process.
• Identify risks and maintain process documentation in accordance with SOX requirements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 4+ days per week in Chandler.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
• Experience in the advertising or media/entertainment industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
