What you will do

• Enter closed deals from the CRM into NetSuite and review contracts for compliance with accounting policies.
• Create billing schedules and revenue arrangements based on client payment terms.
• Run monthly revenue recognition and lead revenue reviews with management.
• Maintain annualized recurring revenue metrics, unbilled AR, and deferred revenue reconciliations.
• Partner with Client Success, Sales Operations, and Billing to maintain accurate records, quotes, invoices, and sales orders.
• Support sales tax filings, process documentation, U.S. GAAP compliance, and annual audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including revenue accounting and ASC 606.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practical application.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, time management, and organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across management levels.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Nice to have

• CPA or CPA-candidate status.
• Experience in a SaaS organization, particularly with revenue recognition policies and processes.
