What you will do

• Develop and execute a scalable billing operations strategy for cloud-based SaaS offerings.
• Lead Zuora and integrated business-system enhancements, process design, testing, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, Engineering, IT, and Customer Success on revenue operations and order-to-cash processes.
• Manage strategic initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, change management, deployment, and operational support.
• Resolve complex billing, customer-impacting, reconciliation, and revenue issues while driving root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Build and develop a high-performing billing operations team as a hands-on player-coach.

Requirements

• 3+ years managing Zuora billing operations, revenue operations, and order-to-cash functions, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or cloud services environments and with recurring, usage-based, consumption-based, tiered, or hybrid pricing.
• Expertise in billing platform configuration, process optimization, automation, integrations, and operational support.
• Understanding of SaaS business models, revenue recognition, customer lifecycle management, and global subscription operations.
• Experience using enterprise systems such as Zuora, Salesforce, Tableau, and Slack.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, or agentic systems.
