Location: San Diego, California or Mountain View, California
Salary: San Diego $229,500–$310,500; Mountain View, California $256,000–$346,500 base pay annually, plus eligibility for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do
- Lead revenue accounting for the Global Solutions Group, ensuring accurate and timely reporting under U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 310, and ASC 860.
- Own month-end and quarter-end revenue close processes, SEC reporting, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Design and optimize the revenue lifecycle from contract creation through billing, invoicing, reporting, and cash collection, including enterprise contracts.
- Partner with Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and technology teams on product launches, pricing, deal structures, monetization systems, and scalable business capabilities.
- Lead global credit and collections operations, monitoring DSO, aging, disputes, and collection performance.
- Drive automation and digital transformation using billing platforms, revenue recognition systems, AI, and GenAI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
- At least 12 years of progressive revenue accounting or controllership experience, including 10 years in leadership roles.
- Experience leading revenue accounting and operations in a public, global enterprise software or SaaS company.
- Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP, ASC 606, internal controls, compliance frameworks, revenue operations, and credit and collections.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, billing platforms, revenue recognition engines such as Revstream or RevPro, and advanced Excel or data analytics tools.
- Proven ability to build high-performing teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and lead complex transformation initiatives.
