What you will do

• Assess supplier manufacturing processes, lead times, and First Time Right performance through on-site supplier visits.
• Implement process improvements and ensure they are embedded in supplier quality management systems.
• Conduct supplier quality audits against IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
• Manage and evaluate NCMs, 8D reports, FMEAs, Control Plans, and related corrective actions.
• Evaluate new suppliers and contribute to supplier selection and approval.
• Act as deputy for the Procurement Manager on supplier quality matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at HBO level in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in supplier quality management and quality assurance.
• Certified Supplier Auditor in accordance with IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, FMEA, PPAP, 8D, IPC-A-610, and DRM.
• Knowledge of AQL II and MIL-STD-128 sampling techniques.
• Good command of English, willingness to travel internationally, and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety.
