What you will do

• Develop and manage the supply base to support various business units and procurement strategies.
• Conduct on-site risk assessments and audits to develop stable manufacturing processes at supplier sites.
• Lead technical reviews and establish robust material qualification processes (e.g., PPAP) before mass production.
• Identify high-risk suppliers and implement "get-well" plans to improve performance.
• Collaborate with plant SQEs to resolve legacy quality and design problems related to suppliers.
• Monitor supplier scorecards in collaboration with the Procurement team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology.
• 6+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of production techniques such as Molding, Stamping, Plating, Casting, or Electronics components.
• Expertise in Automotive-5-methods (APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP, SPC) and IATF16949.
• Proficient English (minimum 75%) for oral and written cross-regional communication.
• Must be based in or able to work in Suzhou, China.
