What you will do

• Establish and maintain quality standards aligned with global best practices and organizational goals.
• Act as a technical expert during contract negotiations to define Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA), warranty terms, and penalty frameworks.
• Lead the end-to-end supplier qualification process (AVL) through rigorous on-site and remote technical audits.
• Drive supplier excellence using Scorecard evaluations and the SCAR process via 8D or similar methodologies.
• Optimize packaging, warehousing, and logistics to eliminate transit-related defects.
• Design and execute development strategies for the Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and Supplier Quality (SQ) divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3+ years in Supplier Quality Management, ideally within high-tech electronics, systems assembly, or automotive industries.
• Expert ability to interpret complex technical drawings, specifications, and schematics.
• Mandatory deep understanding of ISO 9001.
• Mastery of core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and FMEA.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency for professional correspondence and negotiation.
• Readiness for business travel (up to 20-30% of the time, including international trips).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) for direct communication with Asian manufacturers.
