Supplier Quality Engineer (Robotics): Managing supplier quality from initial selection to product deployment with an accent on NPI activities, supplier performance metrics (DPPM, NCRs), and auditing. Focus on utilizing 8D and root cause analysis to ensure quality is integrated into the manufacturing process.

What you will do
- Drive supplier performance metrics including DPPM, NCRs, and On-Time Delivery.
- Lead NPI activities to ensure supplier readiness for new product introductions.
- Perform supplier audits based on VDA 6.3 and ISO 9001 standards.
- Implement 8D and root cause analysis to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure quality is built into the product.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supplier or manufacturing quality.
- Strong expertise with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and 8D methodologies.
- Experience conducting audits according to ISO 9001 and VDA standards.
- Solid technical understanding, preferably in mechanical engineering.
